They are manufactured with an M6x0.5 thread. Positioning sensitivity reaches 1 µm (0.5 mm per revolution). The fastening thread is M10x1 (screws with M10x0.5 threads are also available). If the scale is not visible, you can rotate the clamp until the scale is easily visible. The scale division is 0.01 mm.
The screws are available with seven different travel ranges. 9S75M and 9S75ML are used in mirror holders and linear translators, and can also be used in positioners from other manufacturers. To order a micrometer screw with an aluminum handle, add "-AL" to the screw code. For example, 9S75M-30-AL.
